Refunds

All HD Decor products are custom-made to order — each piece is carefully crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed and shipped.

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before checking out. All sales are final.

Cancellations & Order Changes

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation or correction:

• Email us at studio@textiledesigndecor.com

• Be sure to include your full name and order number in your message

After the 12-hour window has passed, we begin production and cannot accommodate changes or cancellations.
