Welcome to HD Decor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By visiting or purchasing from HD Decor, you agree to these terms.

HD Decor is a boutique home decor brand offering hand-drawn designed pillowcases. All purchases made through this site are bound by these terms, which may be updated at our discretion. It’s your responsibility to stay updated on changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Product Availability

All HD Decor pieces are made to order. Each design is created upon purchase, allowing collections to exist as part of an ongoing, evolving body of work rather than limited stock releases.Availability is based on active collections and current offerings. While designs may be retired, reworked, or reintroduced over time, there are no guarantees around long-term availability. All pieces are produced with intention and are considered final sale.

4. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors. Orders are processed once full payment is received. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete billing and contact information.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: HD Decor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the hands of the postal carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted pillowcases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, or exchanges. If your pillowcase arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, text, designs, images, and branding on this site are the sole property of HD Decor. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect only necessary information to fulfill your order and do not share your data with third parties, except those involved in order processing (e.g., shipping carriers). Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

HD Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability to you is the total amount you paid for the product in question.
