Creation Timeline

Every HD Decor piece is made to order.

Each design begins production after your order is placed, allowing for a more intentional, hand-finished result. This process honors the integrity of the artwork and the experience it’s meant to create in your space.

Orders are prepared within 15 business days.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via standard delivery.

Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days
(Delivery times may vary slightly based on location.)

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Fulfillment

All pieces within an order are fulfilled together once creation is complete.

Final Sale

All HD Decor pieces are considered final sale.

Each design is hand-drawn and produced with intention, making every order a custom extension of the work itself.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and it will be reviewed with care.

Order Adjustments

Requests for changes must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window, your piece may already be in production.
